We are pleased to welcome back to the Sanctuary, Gail Duff, For a Sound bath experience.
The day will commence at 2.00 pm and last for approximately one hour. The cost is £10 per person
A Sound Bath is a most relaxing and stress reducing experience. Let the world go by and be washed by the sound of Himalayan and crystal bowls, Gongs and gentle percussion
The crystal bowls, gongs and percussion instruments are normally played for about an hour. The sounds they generate will allow you to drift into a deep meditative state. This blissful state can last for many days.
