Rene Herbert’s monthly guided meditation circle takes placed at 11.00am on Saturday 21st August 2021. The circle normally lasts for an hour and a half. There is a small cost of £3.00 to help with utility costs. All comers are welcome. If you are feeling stressed and concerned about your busy life, you may find it helpful to relax with friendly people in a guided meditation in our peaceful Sanctuary.
